This page explains what information TLC Automation LLC collects through this website and what I do with it. In short: I collect only what you choose to send me, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.

What I collect

If you fill out the contact form or email me, I receive what you send: your name, email address, business name (if you include it) and your message. I don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How I use it

Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to provide the services you ask for. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's stored

Contact form messages are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to my business email. Both are reputable services with their own security practices.

Client work

If you become a client, how your business data is handled is spelled out in our written agreement before any work starts. Your data stays yours.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it. Email chris@tlcautomation.org and I'll take care of it.
